00:24 It's really just trying to provide an opportunity where
00:27 people can really demonstrate how good they are at relaxing.
00:30 We know that life is pretty busy, it's pretty stressful,
00:33 and we know that people are generally
00:35 quite good at relaxing.
00:36 So it's trying to create an environment where
00:38 we can see how good people are actually at doing it.
00:40 So Snug's actually never sponsored anything before,
00:43 let alone a brand new sport.
00:44 But as soon as we heard from the Extreme Relaxing Federation,
00:48 we were super excited to jump on this.
00:49 There's a lot of crossover between relaxation and comfort,
00:52 so it just felt like the perfect fit for Snug to get involved.
00:54 When I first heard about the Extreme Relaxing Championships,
00:57 I thought I'm qualified for that.
00:59 I've been training a lot-- meditation, TV,
01:01 just seeing how fast I can relax after a stressful day.
01:04 We all live in a really busy world
01:06 where lots of distractions 24/7.
01:09 And I think, ultimately, relaxing
01:11 is a way of helping our bodies to recover.
01:14 It's a way of helping us to maintain our mental health
01:16 and well-being.
01:16 So it speaks to those agendas about helping
01:19 people to live more nourishing and more positive,
01:22 mentally healthy lives.

01:28 I don't really win much things often,
01:30 but it feels so good to win this time.
01:32 I just always try to keep my cool with things.
01:35 I've worked in quite a lot of fast-paced restaurants
01:38 in my lifetime.
01:39 And I have a three-year-old as well,
01:40 so it keeps me quite on my toes all the time.
