00:06 record straight on her diet. Earlier this week, the 50-year-old former supermodel prompted her
00:12 fans to ask questions about her life on Instagram and when someone asked her how much she weighed,
00:18 she responded with a photo of herself on a scale showing that she weighed a little over 137 pounds.
00:24 In another story, Heidi revealed what she eats for breakfast, three poached eggs and chicken
00:30 broth. Following her post, reports surfaced over her weight and eating habits with many speculating
00:35 that she counts calories. On Tuesday, she posted a selfie video on her Instagram story debunking
00:41 the reports. "I just got home and some friends are sending me these articles that have been written
00:50 that I only take in 900 calories. One, I want to say I don't think I've ever had to count my
00:58 calories in my life and don't believe everything that you read so I don't count my calories.
01:07 And someone asked me how much I weigh and I got on the scale and showed how much I weighed.
01:16 And I don't know, people just put things together and just write a bunch of crap.
01:23 And it's really sad because there is no real journalism anymore. People just make up stories,
01:29 one person writes it and then everyone jumps on it. And it's really sad because, you know,
01:36 people read that and they think that and possibly follow that." The America's Got Talent judge first
01:42 appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue in 1998 before she became the
01:48 first German Victoria's Secret angel. Heidi loves to model and is always grateful when she has
01:53 opportunities to get back into it. AXS Hollywood chatted with her back in April 2022 and she shared
01:58 how excited she was at the time to be asked by Kim Kardashian to pose for a Skims campaign.

02:09 How did that come together? How much fun was it for you to get the girls together and have it?
02:13 "I mean, I didn't get them together. Kim Kardashian did. She was like, 'Hey,
02:18 do you want to do the Skims ad?' And also it's Alessandra and it's Candace and it's Tyra. And
02:25 I'm like, 'Hell yeah, I would love to.' You don't have to ask me twice to take my clothes off and
02:30 show myself in lingerie. So yeah, it's kind of like putting on an old hat in a way. So it was
02:36 a lot of fun, especially with my girls. We're like a gang. We've traveled the world together.
02:42 We know each other so well. So it's a lot of fun. It's like, again, like putting on an old hat."
