Fire damages two factories in Kepong, man suffers burns on both hands

A 45-year-old factory director was injured in a fire at two factories in Kepong on Thursday (Aug 24) morning.

Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department deputy director Rozihan Anwar Mamat said that fire engulfed a motorcycle spare parts factory as well as a paper processing factory, and firefighters managed to have the fire under control at 12.36pm.

00:58 He said the victim, who is the director of the paper processing factory, suffered 10
01:03 per cent burns on both his hands in the fire and was sent to Hospital Selayang for treatment.
