00:35 and for the individual to just make sure that he's contributing to it.
00:39 So, you know, I'll put Richie in the team because I think we can win that game with
00:43 him in the team, not because I'm trying to get him to a certain space.
00:47 This is not something we're trying to create to sort of help individuals through a process.

00:57 We want to play the game a certain way.
00:58 And every time I pick a team, that's all that's in my head.
