00:19 We started yesterday at one o'clock.
00:21 We started a lot of different wines.
00:23 We started with the Italian varieties and other reds and whites.
00:29 So we did those yesterday and today we're getting into the two Rieslings,
00:33 Shiraz and Pinot Noir, etc. which will be fantastic.
00:37 We're really looking forward to them.
00:39 So far we've found some really great wines,
00:42 especially one of the Italian varieties.
00:44 We found a really good Nebbiolo which was great to see.
00:47 And the wines at this stage, we're still just starting to get through them,
00:50 but already there's been a few good Rieslings that have popped up this morning.
00:55 We've got a big day. Each panel's got 120 wines.
00:59 So they're bulking down and we're not just standing around tasting wine and drinking.
01:04 It's spitting out.
01:05 We've actually had a lot of discussion to make sure that we get the right metals up for gold.
01:10 But it's going to be a fantastic day.
01:13 And the wines that we've seen so far really look better than what I've probably seen in the past.
01:19 And it shows that this wine industry is getting better and better and better in their craft.
