00:10 Like what happened in the Marangay Commonwealth in Quezon City.

00:13 Always first in the news, James Agustin, Exclusive.

00:16 Four motorcyclists who stole motorcycles in the Marangay Commonwealth, Quezon City, were arrested.

00:27 According to the police, they received a complaint that there are motorcycles that are stolen by the owners outside the house.

00:34 When we arrived there, while they were investigating, the witness who was seen there came closer to the motorcycle.

00:42 So we were told to get closer to the motorcycle to let them know because it matches the description of our witness.

00:53 Chuck Garcia was the first one arrested in the Marangay Commonwealth.

00:57 He was also arrested for stealing a gun loaded with bullets.

01:00 He was charged with three charges and was arrested in Rodriguez Rizal.

01:04 They were Brian Patrick Mamplata, Reggie Francisco, and Ryan Ili.

01:08 The motorcycle thefts were repaid to them.

01:11 Based on the investigation, four people were arrested in the group who stole motorcycles in Rodriguez Rizal and Quezon City.

01:18 Chuck Garcia was the first one arrested. He was the owner of Susi.

01:24 He had a lot of Susis.

01:26 He tried everything until he could ride them.

01:31 Then they looked for a motorcycle again.

01:34 They stopped again when they could ride it.

01:37 They brought another one.

01:40 Until they could get all of them.

01:42 That was their mode of operation.

01:45 They were selling them to the mountains of Rodriguez Rizal, the places that are not noticed.

01:53 Aside from Garcia, the three men who were arrested were members of the Sputnik gang.

01:58 They were jailed after being involved in other crimes.

02:01 Based on our investigation, these three men have their own cases.

02:06 One is carnapping and illegal gambling.

02:12 The other is robbery and theft.

02:15 The other is illegal possession of a bladed weapon.

02:20 Garcia admitted to stealing.

02:23 I just needed it. It was hard for me.

02:29 They also say that someone stole your gun. What can you say about that?

02:34 The three other suspects were denied their charges by Garcia.
