Can I beat Pokemon Scarlet with ONE pokemon?

In case you somehow didn't see the title othis is a video about me beating Pokemon Scarlet with only my starter partner. Is that a confusing statement? Come on an adventure with me, one that is a lot less choatic then the raw footage... I'm never sure what to type in these, but I do need to vent about how long this took. OMG I spent days working on this everything from getting the footage to editing and finding all the photos and such and I probably wont get a good amout of veiws on this, I mean at least I am learning more about my new editor but is this really the way to do it, also it was both a great and awful idea to record my audio separate, not to mention the freaken 3D printer my dad has that's like constantly going on, do you know how hard it is to remove those FAN NOISES? So yeah I had FUN.
