Refreshed Elantra Introduced with Updated Nose and Technological Upgrades, New Hyundai Elantra 2024

The 2024 Hyundai Elantra features extensively reworked body panels, offers more safety technology and comes in a range of new colors

American customers can expect to choose from new 15, 16, 17 and 18-inch wheels, and new colors (Ecotronic Gray, Ultimate Red, Exotic Green and Amazon Gray) will help them make the 2024 Elantra truly their own.

Inside, new soft-touch front door panels, a 4.2-inch instrument cluster design, three new USB-C outlets and a redesigned wireless charging pad help add a little more luxury to the sedan. New color options in Limited trims and H-Tex leather seating surfaces will also help make the Elantra a little more luxurious.

Besides the aesthetic updates, Hyundai is making the Elantra safer for 2024. New rear side airbags and rear seat belt reminders are now standard on all equipment. Additionally, tactile steering feedback has been added to Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist to provide drivers with another clue to what's going on around them.

Limited equipment now comes with Surround View Monitor, Blind Spot View Monitor and parking distance warning in forward and reverse directions. The hardware also comes with less safety-focused features, such as the eight-speaker Bose Premium Audio system that is standard on N-Line equipment. Compatible with both iPhone and Android, Digital Key 2, car Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluelink+ are now available across the entire range, and a six-speaker audio system comes standard.

A familiar engine collection returns for 2024, including the 1.6-litre turbo, 1.6-litre hybrid, 2.0-litre and 2.0-litre turbocharged engines designed specifically for the Elantra N.

Also updated for 2024, the high-performance model features a new front grille and dash, new side sills, 19-inch forged alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and more. Dual exhaust, rear spoiler, engine mounting membrane reinforcements, G bushing reinforcements and other improvements all help give owners a fantastic ride.

Prices for the 2024 Hyundai Elantra, which will go on sale this fall, have not yet been announced.
