00:00 Number one, regarding the IPTA and IPTS initiatives,
00:05 we have paid BSN a total of RM20 million
00:13 for 10,000 students who need help with their URAN payment.
00:21 From Thursday, 31st August, we have received RM8,583.
00:32 BSN has paid RM2,492 for students who have received this amount.
00:42 The total amount paid by BSN is RM4,984,000.
00:51 RM4,984,000 has been transferred to students.
00:56 701 students will be made this week,
01:02 and the second batch will be continued next week.
01:09 Regarding this issue, many students received SMS.
01:12 The SMS was sent by BSN, the National Reserve Bank,
01:18 that they have received their URAN payment.
01:23 But when this message was forwarded to their friends,
01:30 some misunderstood why they did not receive the money yet.
01:34 They checked their account, but the account had no money.
01:38 We will send batch by batch.
01:41 Those who are willing, those who are truly educated,
01:44 will receive the money.
01:47 The money has been distributed to BSN by the Ministry of Education.
01:51 A total of RM20 million.
01:53 The second initiative is related to pre-school and kindergarten.
01:56 The total amount paid by the Ministry of Education is RM107,000.
02:03 The total amount paid by the Ministry of Education is RM2,993.
02:07 The total amount paid by the Ministry of Education is RM7,183,000.
02:14 The second batch includes 38 more kindergarten students,
02:18 which is 923 students.
02:21 The total amount paid by the Ministry of Education is RM2,215,000.
02:29 This amount has not been paid yet.
02:31 It will be paid in the second batch.
02:34 The third initiative is dialysis.
02:36 Those who are willing, there are 135 dialysis centres.
02:42 749 patients.
02:45 813 patients individually.
02:50 So far, we have paid 19 dialysis centres.
02:55 A total of RM1,081,680.
03:01 This issue of dialysis is a bit slow.
03:03 Because we are experiencing some complicated problems.
03:08 For example, some applications are made twice.
03:14 Some have been fully paid.
03:16 So we cannot make the payment twice.
03:19 So we verified the process.
03:22 This takes time.
03:23 But we are still running it batch by batch.
03:28 The remaining 19 dialysis centres,
03:33 the finance department has received instructions to make payments
03:38 after we have done a complete check.
