00:18 Although it's not strong and there's no bad wind,
00:21 but there are still some landslides, like lands that are being hit by the river.
00:28 In the Chico River, four hectares of land in Tukaw, Cagayan were hit by a landslide.
00:33 According to the LGU, the land was first hit by a river by the Goring Tsunami.
00:38 The residents of Barangay Mungo are afraid of losing their homes.
00:42 Some have already left their land,
00:44 while others have already built their houses to save some.
00:48 In the town of Gonzaga, farmers are in trouble
00:52 because the rice was planted during a bad time.
00:56 In Santa Ana, some fishermen went fishing,

01:39 According to the LGU, the rain in Northern Luzon is due to the heavy rain
