00:00 Ritz, good start to the game, good start to the league.
00:04 Yeah, I think you've got to be pretty happy and content after a five point victory at
00:08 home.
00:09 We just after sending the lads from midway through the first half to midway through the
00:12 second half we were unbelievable at times, unplayable.
00:15 Some of the tries we scored were as good as I've seen here in years.
00:18 But if we want to get to the next level we've got to keep back on for as close to the A
00:22 as possible and we'll be a wee bit disappointed with how we finished the game but to score
00:26 40 odd points and open at the A, you can't be too disappointed.
00:29 Couple of the boys really put on a show there in the second half, like you said defensively
00:33 maybe you went to sleep slightly at the end?
00:36 Yeah, those were a couple of tries throughout the game we were disappointed with, the tap
00:40 and goes.
00:41 I actually thought we defended not too badly as a team, we made good low tackles but to
00:45 give them two five metre tap and goes was a bit irritating.
00:49 But it's something we work on in training, we build towards next Saturday but some of
00:54 the play was simulating.
00:55 Out the back it looked like he's had a threat every time he's went forward?
01:00 Yeah every time we moved the ball, players like Alex and Logie and Davy Graham in particular
01:05 in there, Ross McLaughlin was outstanding again.
01:07 It's going to be a threat against any team you play against but we did, every time we
01:11 moved the conditions were perfect, we just looked like we were going to score at will
01:14 at times.
01:15 And you were able to make changes again, a good result last week at Banbridge, this is
01:18 a tricky game at home to Ballymunny to start with but you're making changes, two wins,
01:22 can't ask for much more?
01:23 Yeah they're a good side, Ballymunny are a good side and I don't mean that to sound
01:26 in any way patronising, they were the better team in the first half but just a wee bit
01:30 more quality in the back so it was able to put us in front at half time but they have
01:34 a good solid game plan and they scored four or five tries against us so I think they'd
01:38 be disappointed that they didn't get anything more out of the game but as I say they're
01:43 a good side and we've got to be happy with that result.
01:45 Nice platform then to go into a tricky game next week in Iskilln?
01:48 Yeah it is, Iskilln showed last year how dangerous they can be, they did really well throughout
01:53 the whole season, the whole competition so we know what the task is ahead of us but we've
01:57 got to take the positives, we've got to have belief, start of pre-season up until now we've
02:03 been building every week and we've been really pleased with how we're progressing and as
02:06 you say there's options there off the bench, there's guys that aren't even involved today
02:09 to come back into the squad to contention so it's all looking positive.
