00:00 The 10th edition of the Rugby World Cup, this year hosted by France, presents a chance for
00:07 Ireland to demonstrate why they're the number one ranked team in the world right now, having
00:12 played all nine of the tournaments but only ever making it as far as the quarter finals.
00:18 It could also be the year where South Africa win a successive and record-breaking fourth
00:23 title after beating England in the final in 2019.
00:28 The closest Wales have come to glory at the Rugby World Cup was back in 1987 when they
00:34 won all three pool matches and their quarter final before losing out to New Zealand in
00:38 the semis and beating Australia in the third place play-off to grab the bronze medal.
00:44 England will set their sights on a fourth final, having lost out in 2019, 2007 and 1991,
00:52 looking to relive that joyous campaign of 2003 but amounting to climb to do so.
