00:00 My name is Abby Green.
00:02 I am the witness camera operator on the movie Cocaine Bear.
00:06 And this is my story.
00:08 I was born in Vietnam, but when I was about two months old,
00:16 I moved to Dublin.
00:18 I went to see a 3D movie with my little sister,
00:21 and it was Sharkboy and Lavagirl.
00:23 And you got to wear the glasses with the blue and the red,
00:26 and it made me realize I wanted to work in movies.
00:30 Then a classmate of mine from college, working with visual effects,
00:34 thought that I would be a great candidate,
00:36 and I'm eternally grateful for it.
00:39 In Ireland at the moment, there's been a lot more productions coming here.
00:42 Huge names, like ones that I just dreamed of as a kid.
00:46 I'm Cocaine Bear. I'm manning a witness camera.
00:50 So that means that I'm recording the action,
00:53 so that the visual effects post-production team know exactly what is in that area.
00:59 Things that excite me about my job would be, it's always something new.
01:03 You come in every day, you shoot something different.
01:05 People that I work with, they're also highly driven,
01:09 and have all this knowledge on green screens and balls and shards.
01:13 It's just so interesting that it just makes me want to learn.
01:17 It's just exciting that I have gotten to the stage that I have.
01:20 I'm super proud all around.
01:22 Cheers!
