Here, we are updating "Status" and based on this information "Cell" automatically changes their "Text Colour".

️Follow the shared Steps: -
✍️Select the Entire Table - goto HomeTab - Conditional Formatting - Color Scales - New Rule (New Formatting Rule) - Select a Rule Type - Use a Formula to Determine which Cells to Format - Edit the Rule Description (Format Values where this Formula is True, put the first Condition here) - Select First Text Color, now Repeat the same Step for Applying Multiple but Different "Colour" which takes effect on Changing the Cell Status.

‍Set Rules and apply

✅Select the "Cells" that you want to "Conditionally Format".

✅On the Home tab, in the Tables group, click Highlight Cell Rules.
Select the command you want, such as between, Equal to Text that Contains, or a Date Occurring.

✅Enter the values you want to use, and then select a format (fill, text, or border color), and then click OK.
