00:15 He also said that the Philippines are not allowing the Filipinos to fish in Scarborough Shoal, the Chinese vessels there.
00:24 The leader of the fishermen in Masinloc Zambales told us that they are no longer allowed to fish in the area because of the Chinese Coast Guard.
