00:00 They're going to introduce 4G and 5G to London Underground station.
00:06 Our question is, if you could improve London Underground stations in any other way, what
00:11 would it be?
00:12 What could they bring in now?
00:13 Well, there needs to be more bodies on the ground, more staff around, to be honest, because
00:16 some places, especially at night, especially the ones in South London, they close the ticket
00:21 offices early and you have to go through side entrances.
00:24 Not good, not a good look.
00:25 If I was a woman, I wouldn't be too happy about that, but they need to have more staff
00:29 around in the evenings.
00:31 Well, the summer certainly tells us that we need air con pretty badly.
00:36 It's available on some of the modern ones, but the older ones, not so much, and it's
00:40 a pretty awful experience all round.
00:43 So if I could have anything, I think it would be air con.
00:47 Air conditioning, for sure.
00:48 It's too hot, always, every summer, so definitely would try and get air con.
00:53 I know it's difficult for them to do, but I'd prefer that over 4G, personally.
00:59 I think it might create a situation where people would just start talking really loudly,
01:06 just like on the train, on the overground.
01:09 Sometimes people aren't even aware of it and they're really, really too loud.
01:15 And it doesn't, it takes away from the ability to just be calm and quiet and just relax while
01:23 you're on the train, not have to hear other people's conversations.
01:28 Water dispensers in the platforms, and yeah, it's alright.
01:34 Just modern life, isn't it?
01:35 Everyone's online now.
