00:00 Monday, September 11 will witness how much RJ loves his grandfather Eric.
00:04 Touched by RJ's devotion, Brooke decides to intervene and
00:08 attempt to ease the rift between Eric and his son Ridge.
00:11 But even though Brooke's heart is in the right place, her views aren't that great.
00:16 Mostly because she too thinks Eric should rather focus on resting and
00:20 retiring now than a legacy line.
00:23 Hence, Brooke's well-intentioned efforts might accidentally make things worse.
00:27 As she supports Ridge's viewpoint regarding the legacy line and
00:30 Eric's need to relax.
00:32 Eric, on the other hand, is inspired by RJ's words and has a specific message for
00:38 Ridge, which Brooke will be tasked with delivering.
00:41 Given that both Brooke and Ridge are undermining Eric,
00:44 he may want to warn Ridge to not be dumb and challenge him.
00:48 And if he does, Eric may be threatened with some unwanted consequences.
00:53 Ridge had initially been dismissive of Eric's concerns, but
00:56 after Eric delivers a warning, he may start to worry that this disagreement

01:22 Eric's surprising announcement may also pertain to his determination to
01:25 move forward with his project, with or without Ridge's support possibly hinting
01:30 at them, possibility of Ridge being replaced as CEO if he doesn't support Eric's vision.
01:36 And moving on, Carter may be pushed to make a decision on whether to support
01:40 Eric or Ridge.
01:42 He is not just Ridge's friend, but Forrester Creations' lawyer as well, and
01:46 he owes Eric for not firing him after sleeping with his wife.
01:50 Nonetheless, Carter will still be just and not overthinking.
01:54 Just like RJ, he may acknowledge Eric's efforts in making FC what it is today, and
01:59 support RJ's vision or Eric.
02:01 However, it doesn't seem like it will be that easy to make Ridge see how big of
02:05 a jerk he is.
02:07 But if Eric opens up a little about his arthritis,
02:09 maybe Ridge will start rethinking his decision.
