00:00 Pallavi Joshi, who is three times national award winner and will be next seen in the
00:10 vaccine war portraying the role of a scientist, said that while the team was shooting for
00:14 this film, everyone had a sense of pride in their minds.
00:18 Actress Pallavi Joshi, who is known to give depth to any character she plays on screen,
00:22 the actress will now be seen in the vaccine war for which she is the producer as well.
00:27 The trailer of the film was launched in Mumbai on Tuesday and here she spoke about her experience
00:31 working on this film and also working with her husband Vivek Agnihotri who is the director
00:35 of the film.
00:36 Pallavi said,
00:37 "It's a wonderful experience as always.
00:41 It's fun working with Vivek.
00:42 We've collaborated now for almost three films.
00:48 But this became a very special film because under Dr. Bhargava's leadership, there were
00:55 these bunch of scientists who were in their labs day and night and together as a team,
01:01 they made an impossible situation happen.
01:05 We created our own vaccine.
01:07 And this movie, while we were shooting for this movie, there was so much pride in our
01:12 minds.
01:13 And the way all of us actors are sitting here, all of us, me and my scientist, me and my
01:19 scientist, this was the same for all of us.
01:22 And we all wanted to stay true to our characters.
01:26 And so much, like Vivek and our entire research team did the interviews, so much they had
01:36 surrendered themselves during this time.
01:40 Without that, this wouldn't have been possible, including Dr. Bhargava.
01:44 And I think when I saw all the interviews, I felt that this is some sort of Indic feminism
01:50 here, and I call it Indic because the West looks at feminism from a very different lens.
01:56 But here, the women who work here, and I'm talking about normal middle class women, who
02:04 go to their work daily, who travel to the local area, take care of the house, cook food,
02:08 serve their in-laws, do the homework for the kids, and at the same time, they are very
02:13 good professionals.
02:14 So we felt that this will be a very good, what should I say, a movie made for them.
02:23 Because all of our scientists in this, they are the same, just like us, just like Indian
02:31 values, all the women are the same.
02:34 And it was fun playing them.
02:36 And it was great collaborating with Dr. Bhargava, and of course, with Nana, the legend.
02:43 It was, he sets impossible targets for all the actors.
02:47 So because of him, I think everyone's performance was very good.
