00:00 Ombudsman Samuel Martirez asked the Congress to ban the publication of the annual audit report of the Commission on Audit to government agencies.

00:10 An official was immediately reminded of this even though the report has not yet been approved.

00:15 But a former COA commissioner did not agree with this.

00:19 Sandra Aguinaldo pointed this out.

00:25 The use of the government in the PONDO of the people is under the supervision of the Commission on Audit or COA

00:37 The COA is putting their annual audit report on their website to various government agencies.

00:43 For Ombudsman Samuel Martirez, the report of the COA should not be made public because it is not yet final.
