00:00 Former Negros Oriental, 3rd District Representative Arnulfo Tevez Jr. is still in Southeast Asia, according to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya.
00:08 The official said that Tevez is protected by local warlords.
00:11 Under the ASEAN, Association of Southeast Asian Nations,
00:15 it is allowed to help other member countries to arrest Tevez, who is a so-called terrorist of the Anti-Terrorism Council.
00:22 DOJ will also send a letter to the United Nations to call on other countries to help Tevez to return to the Philippines.
00:30 On September 5, the Manila Regional Trial Court issued an arrest warrant for Tevez
00:35 for three other murder cases, against Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo and some other cases, in March.
00:42 The new statement is being tried by Tevez's accomplice, but he has been denied before.
00:47 He has no connection with the murder of Degamo and he is not a terrorist.
