00:11 I've been telling you that at this point, just before Destiny Rose, just before you auditioned, you didn't want to do it anymore.

00:17 It's like nothing was happening in your career.

00:19 You were preparing for your requirements because you wanted to be a flight attendant.

00:23 Flight attendant.

00:24 Until you heard, you talked to Jimmy.

00:26 What is the story?

00:27 We talked because the audition was already closed.

00:30 It's over.

00:31 I think they already chose someone.

00:33 I know that they already chose someone.

00:35 I begged to GMA7, "Please, can I try and I can open the audition again?"

00:43 They said, "If we open the audition, we'll call other artists because this is not a special audition for you."

00:50 Because of course, they have a camera, they'll spend money on the camera, they'll spend money on the costumes, on the makeup, and of course, they'll pay for everything.

00:59 So, they need to open the audition again, not just for me, but for all the other artists who can audition for Destiny Rose.

01:06 So, in that conversation, it's like nothing was happening?

01:08 It's like nothing was happening.

01:09 What happened?

01:10 Then, after one day, I was called to audition.

01:17 So, I got the chance to audition for Destiny Rose.

01:20 Okay. Take me back to that audition.

01:23 What did you do?

01:24 What I did in the audition, because we have our own makeup artists,

01:28 whoever Destiny Rose will choose to do,

01:34 the one who does the makeup will get the job.

01:37 The makeup artist?

01:38 It's like an audition for the makeup artist.

01:41 So, my makeup artist told me, Ian Mirandilla.

01:45 Thank you, Ian.

01:46 He told me, "Do you really want to get this role?"

01:50 Of course.

01:51 I said, "Of course, because the role is good.

01:55 Will you allow me to shave your eyebrows?"

01:58 "I'm doing a show here, boy. What about the continuity?"

02:01 I said, "I might get scolded by this guy."

02:04 So, what I did was, "Okay, shave it already so we can get this role."

02:12 So, I shaved my eyebrows.

02:14 I shaved it already, it was just an audition.

02:16 I didn't think about my role in the other role.

02:20 So, I shaved my eyebrows.

02:22 I didn't appreciate my makeup artist.

02:25 I said, "Why do I look like this? It's funny."

02:28 But when I put my hair back,

02:30 I put my hair back like this.

02:32 If I do it like this in the mirror,

02:34 I said, "I look different here."

02:37 I said, "Wow, I really look different."

02:39 I felt that role right away when I wore shoes and clothes.

02:46 It became your biggest role and it became a pivot in your career.

02:52 But how did you learn it?

02:54 Because it is extremely tempting to attack a transgender girl or woman the way everybody does it.

03:01 Yes.

03:02 How did you learn it?

03:04 In terms of movement, in terms of walking,

03:07 did you teach or coach?

03:10 Because whenever we watch Destiny's Rose,

03:13 Destiny is the one we see.

03:16 How did you do that?

03:17 Uncle Boy, I'm very thankful because Sir Jonas Gafud helped me.

03:25 Sir Jonas Gafud helped me and Director Phil Noble.

03:28 They are the ones who created and built Destiny's Rose.

03:35 I learned what Destiny's Rose should be.

03:37 Especially the physical.

03:38 Physical and the movement.

03:40 Because Destiny's Rose should look like a woman.

03:43 It shouldn't look like a caricature.

03:45 It should look like a respected woman.
