00:13 According to the forecast, some parts of Negros Oriental, Leyte, and Cebu are affected.
00:18 The rainfall advisory will be extended until 11 am.
00:21 The thunderstorms in Cebu are also possible this morning.
00:24 The rain in the said areas and even in other parts of the country is affected by a strong wind according to the forecast.
