00:00 US Open amazing perspective stat that when you look at economic impact of Super Bowls
00:07 and Final Fours and all of that, that's great, gets a lot of visibility, but I don't think
00:12 people understand in this world we live in that you sell out every day and you have two
00:18 weeks full of activity where people are coming in from out of town, they're staying in New
00:23 York, they're spending a lot of money, and when you add it up, the numbers people glaze
00:28 over, but it's a compelling story.
00:31 Yeah, I don't have the current economic impact, but it's got to be in front of it without
00:37 question.
00:38 And I think the other piece, Rick, that people don't understand, we're actually a three-week
00:42 event.
00:44 We do have that main draw event for two weeks, but we have Fan Week the week before, which
00:49 has a qualifying tournament with 128 men and 128 women.
00:54 The exact same number that's in the main draw played over two weeks.
00:58 We play that in four days, and we're really creating Fan Week as this accessible festival
01:06 for everyone to come, and it's free.
01:09 What professional event in the world do you know that you can go and watch Carlos Alcarez,
01:16 Francis Tiafoe, Ika Swiatek, Coco Gauff practice alongside of those that are grinding it out
01:24 to make the main draw?
01:28 So you put three weeks of energy and thousands of people to work.
01:35 We have over 7,000 people working at the US Open between our vendors and ourselves.
01:41 It's a machine.
