01:07 The DOLE will make a model employment contract with the help of the National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council.

01:18 The salary of the caregiver should be included in the minimum wage.

01:21 There is a night shift differential and overtime pay for over eight hours of work.

01:26 The caregiver should receive at least five days leave credits for a year in the service.

01:32 The employer may require the caregiver to have a certificate from TESDA or accredited training institutions,

01:39 medical certificate, and NBI or barangay clearance.

01:43 According to the report of Isa Bendanio Umali in Superadio DCBB,

01:47 the Senate adopted the proposed version of the bill and amended House Bill 227.

01:53 Because of this, the proposed version is not included in the Bicameral Conference Committee

01:57 and President Bongbong Marcos just needs to sign it to make it a law.
