00:00 Baltimore entered DRS with a two game advantage in the standings.
00:09 Tampa takes game number one, four to three.
00:12 DRS, the Rays now only a game back of that top spot in the AL East.
00:17 And what would be the best record by the way, in the American League as a whole?
00:21 It's impressive.
00:22 It really is because this is one of the teams there when they were going through
00:25 their turmoil with injuries and off the field issues, I was saying, okay, let's
00:29 remove Tampa Bay from the equation.
00:30 Who else do we got?
00:31 And obviously I'm still going to stick with the Astros and like the Astros, but
00:34 you can't knock what the Rays are doing eight and two in the last 10 games, which
00:37 includes a victory last night over the Baltimore Orioles.
00:39 And also they only sit one game back in the standings.
00:43 And did you know today when they line up the favor on the field is not
00:46 going to be the Baltimore Orioles.
00:47 It's actually the Tampa Bay Rays.
00:48 So as I was talking, when Craig Mish came on, is there a legitimate chance
00:52 that maybe at the end of the weekend, we could see a first place Rays team?
00:55 Now, as far fetched as that sounds just a week ago, it looks like it could
00:58 become a reality and by tomorrow we could have a dead heat in the AL East
01:02 when we weren't even thinking of this three to four weeks ago.
