00:02 Oh, it's Vogue.
00:04 I'm Cole Sprouse.
00:07 Come get ready with me for the Vogue World Event.
00:09 Come on.
00:10 [upbeat music]
00:13 I like to start my day dunking my face into a bowl of ice.
00:19 I'm told that it like tightens your skin.
00:23 I have no idea.
00:24 I just know that I like it.
00:26 It kind of makes me feel cool.
00:27 [sighs]
00:30 I don't know what you were thinking about
00:31 when the video was silent and my face was in the bowl,
00:34 but I was thinking about a lot.
00:36 Anyhow, let's go get my makeup done.
00:39 Here we are to start the facial routine.
00:43 We're going to go with a strawberry eye patch.
00:48 They make them in different flavors,
00:49 but today I'll be going with the strawberry.
00:52 We just did a little trim.
00:54 I had a bit of a mullet before.
00:57 I'm not too precious about my hair.
00:58 If I feel like it fits what I am doing professionally,
01:01 I'm willing to dye it, I'm willing to buzz it,
01:03 I'm willing to cut it or grow it out.
01:05 With the black hair that I had for Riverdale,
01:08 they were like, "It's fine if you go blonde
01:10 "and you go with your natural hair color."
01:13 And I said, "No, no, we should definitely dye it black
01:16 "like the character has in the Digest."
01:19 I kept that for a long time,
01:20 and honestly, now that the show is finished,
01:22 it's nice to be able to sort of shed that
01:23 and go back to my natural color and my natural look
01:26 and sort of blend in a bit more anonymously.
01:29 I had the pleasure of being styled yesterday
01:37 by a guy named Harry,
01:38 who is Harry Styles' stylist named Harry,
01:43 and he styles.
01:45 So I found out that Harry Styles has a Harry stylist.
01:49 - Skincare.
01:54 - Yes.
01:55 - What do you usually do?
01:56 - Sometimes I do a little touch up under the eyes.
01:59 - For those big bags.
02:00 - Some facial moisturizer, some blemish stuff.
02:04 If we've got any blemishes,
02:05 I like to keep it kind of light and natural.
02:07 - Quite a natural tone already, haven't you?
02:10 - You hear that, guys?
02:12 I don't wear enough sunscreen, probably.
02:15 That would be one of the routines
02:16 I should probably start implementing a little more.
02:18 Facial hair is only a recent part of my life.
02:22 It was blonde, very blonde for a long time.
02:25 I looked a little peach fuzzy.
02:26 I looked like a face out of focus.
02:28 Twins kind of go through these identity crises
02:36 at key parts of their life
02:37 where they either decide to become the same style thing,
02:42 they're like the shining twins,
02:44 or they decide to take a really hard stance
02:47 away from each other's personal styles.
02:50 My brother and I were like, we have our separate friend groups,
02:52 we have our separate styles, we have all this blah, blah, blah.
02:55 But you know, we did the twin thing for a long time.
02:57 My brother and I were put into little matching outfits
02:59 like sailor outfits and things.
03:01 It was incredibly embarrassing for the two of us.
03:03 Okay, hair and makeup is done,
03:08 so it is time to get dressed.
03:09 I wonder where my outfit is.
03:12 Must be that one.
03:15 Let's grab it.
03:18 I'm not gonna spoil anything,
03:20 but I'm gonna get ready.
03:21 So you guys gotta leave for a little bit.
03:23 Oh, it's Vogue.
03:28 I'm wearing Simone Rocha,
03:30 and it comes with a sash.
03:32 Oh, I've never worn a sash before.
03:34 So let's try it out.
03:35 A little bit like a cape.
03:40 My style, personally, is a lot more pared down.
03:43 I think oftentimes when I work with a stylist,
03:45 they're trying to put me in things
03:47 that are a little more cutting edge,
03:48 which really works for me
03:49 because I'm not as familiar with that world.
03:52 So I oftentimes need the help of a professional
03:54 to be like, "Hey, this is really cool.
03:56 "This is runway.
03:57 "This is coming out from this season right here.
03:58 "No one's worn this yet."
04:00 My personal style is kind of my dad's style.
04:03 You know, he's automotive repair,
04:04 so it's boots, blue jeans, and usually a sweaty tank top.
04:08 I like to be functional,
04:09 so I don't really complicate it too much.
04:12 Okay, that's it.
04:16 No accessories, no scent.
04:18 Just the smell of me, coal, and the sweat on my skin
04:23 at the Vogue World event, which we're going to right now.
04:27 I'm one of the shining twins, though.
04:32 My brother's suading around the corner
04:33 in the exact same outfit.
04:35 - You look like Johnny Depp.
04:38 - Hey, thanks.
04:39 Must be the fake teeth.
04:43 (door creaking)
04:46 - Hi, Dylan.
04:51 - Very close.
04:52 Some guy outside said, "Hi, Dylan."
04:54 I do get a little nervous before red carpets.
04:57 It's a lot of attention at once on flashing lights.
05:01 So I always end up doing something goofy,
05:04 like a thumbs up.
05:06 Some people really are good at it.
05:09 You know, some people look fierce on the red carpet.
05:13 Not been my personal experience.
05:15 All right, guys.
05:17 Thank you so much for joining me.
05:19 I am off to the event.
05:20 You guys have a good night.
05:22 (upbeat music)
05:24 (upbeat music)
05:27 (upbeat music)
05:30 (upbeat music)
05:32 (upbeat music)
05:35 (upbeat music)
05:37 (upbeat music)
05:40 (upbeat music)
