00:00 I have faith in myself so I just go out there as long as I prepare the right way
00:03 I feel like you know on Sundays I let it loose and mistakes will be made but I
00:07 just make sure that I try to learn from those. Have you always just like been the type of
00:10 guy that doesn't like allow stuff to bring you down or is that something you
00:12 developed like throughout your career? I feel like something I developed I really get down on
00:17 myself in practice because I make some mistakes in practice but I feel like
00:20 that's the time I was kind of talking to Ronnie about it today that's where I can
00:23 kind of really beat myself up where there's not a lot of eyes there just the
00:26 coaches really and then come Sunday I just go out there and play so I make the
00:30 mistakes in practice we have meetings afterwards after practice and they
00:33 correct me and I go out there and just play. How do you feel about switching to not have the same mentality in practice as you did?
00:39 I don't know it's just I feel like I kind of just get the corrections I just go out
00:43 there we do first down at least twice do third down and go out there I just
00:48 correct the mistakes that I had before and I do good with the things that I do
00:51 good with and come Sunday I know the game plan so I just go out there and just play.
00:55 It's all about the comfort zone and how's the anxiety level or how
00:59 comfortable are you with it now? I don't think I have any anxiety anymore about
01:03 the position I'm actually I feel pretty comfortable with it we kind of had a lot
01:08 of plays in our playbook for the for this last game and so our playbook is
01:12 big but I feel like we kind of hit the hard things that we would have to attack
01:16 throughout the season so now it's just the man in front of me and just
01:19 competing against that person. What things are you specifically trying to
01:22 work on for week one to week two? Just a small mental errors that I was making
01:26 rather it comes with motions fitting in the right gaps and then maintaining
01:31 leverage I feel like maintaining leverage something that you work on
01:33 outside corner and inside sometimes you get beat to leverage sometimes you don't
01:37 so leverage is something that you always have to work on but for me is mainly
01:40 it's gonna be motions and making sure I'm hitting the right gaps whenever it
01:42 comes to the run game. How does space impact all that? I know space is very different. A lot you know outside
01:48 corner you have the sideline to help you out a little bit but I stand to my word
01:52 I feel like slide nickel is very much harder than playing outside corner as
01:56 far as the right now. A lot of space and there's a lot of windows that the ball
02:02 can be thrown but outside corner you kind of know all right this is what I'm
02:05 gonna do I have the sideline here so I can play this this way this this way but
02:08 in a slide you can't play everything the same way especially with the receivers
02:12 that you have in the tight ends.
