00:02 [ Telephone rings ]

00:05 Where's Agent Knight?

00:06 -I don't know. They said she was here.

00:09 [ Knock on door ]

00:12 -Agent Knight?

00:13 -Need a little private time. Come back later.

00:15 -Oh, okay. Uh, we'll just wait in the hall.

00:17 -Wait.

00:19 -NCIS?

00:21 -Uh, yeah.

00:22 Agents Bishop and Torres. Is everything alright?

00:26 -Thank God.

00:28 -I thought you were the nurse.

00:31 -Have you been cleared to go home?

00:34 -Not going home. Going to NCIS.

00:36 My team is dead, and I need to know why.

00:38 -It's actually why we're here.

00:39 We have a few questions about what happened.

00:42 Kind of in the middle of a prison break here.

01:02 -[ Clears throat ]

01:04 -The doctor said you have five minutes.

01:06 That's it.

01:08 -Well?

01:11 -Agents Bishop, Torres.

01:13 Looks like we're talking in here.

01:15 -We think we know how the explosive was detonated.

01:19 -Well, that was quick.

01:20 -Well, we need your confirmation.

01:21 We think Petty Officer Withers used a cell phone app.

01:24 -Did you see him using a phone or --

01:26 -Wait. You think Toby set it off?

01:29 -Is that a problem?

01:30 -For a couple of reasons.

01:32 First of all, Toby hated cell phones.

01:35 He kept going on about how the government uses them

01:37 to brainwash people.

01:38 And second, he was handcuffed by three REACT agents

01:41 when the bomb detonated.

01:42 -Are you sure about that?

01:44 -Look, I know I hit my head,

01:45 and things are still a little fuzzy.

01:48 But I know what I saw.

01:50 Toby didn't set off a damn thing.

01:53 -Well, if he didn't detonate that bomb, who did?

01:56 -I was hoping you'd tell me.
