00:29 And we love the idea of building edible garden, edible landscapes
00:33 and making these sustainable solutions in our backyard
00:37 where we can future-proof our landscapes.
00:40 We are obviously experiencing much more dramatic climate changes
00:45 than what's happened over the last, say, 20 years ago, if you like.
00:49 And some of what I'm going to talk to you about today
00:53 is about future-proofing our gardens
00:55 and how we get through some of those droughts, some of those extreme floods,
01:00 some of those extreme hot temperatures and even the extreme colds.
01:05 If we don't think about future-proofing our gardens,
01:08 at some stage we'll see some parts of it fail.

01:14 I'd like to encourage everyone to come on one of our garden tours.
01:19 Monday to Friday we'll be running a one-hour garden tour
01:22 with either myself or a team member, and it's a gardener's tour.
01:26 So I'll tell you all things about horticulture,
01:28 of how we build this amazing floral display.
01:32 We'll also run one more tour on a Friday afternoon at 4pm.
