00:00 I love following your videos and I saw even Dream got into one of your training sessions.
00:05 How much does that little girl inspire everything you're doing today?
00:09 Everything you know, I feel like I inspire her.
00:11 So like everything I do, she's like, I want to do the same thing as mommy.
00:14 So like that makes me like so happy in the inside, especially as a mother, you know,
00:17 because it's not like it's a written book like, hey, this is how you're supposed to
00:20 be a parent.
00:21 So I'm doing every step possible to, you know, like encourage her, motivate her, let her
00:26 feel self confident, like within herself.
00:29 Cooling, just everything underneath the sun.
00:31 And she's actually like quite the daredevil.
00:34 Like yeah, if I had to pick between both of my kids, King or Dream to do special forces
00:40 like in the future, like long, long, long time from now, I would have to say it would
00:44 be Dream.
00:45 It would be Dream.
00:46 Little girls fearless, huh?
00:47 Fearless.
00:48 Yeah.
00:49 I have to tell you in the little glimpses that we see of her on social media, that girl's
00:52 a star.
00:53 She's got so much charisma.
00:54 She lights up in front of a camera.
00:56 Do you see your daughter following in your showbiz footsteps?
00:59 Well, first of all, I'm going to let her do whatever she wants once she's of age.
01:03 But if it's something that she's into, then I'll support it 100%.
01:07 But the good luxury part about that is I've been there, done that along, yeah, along with
01:12 her aunties and her dad.
01:13 So she'll be, she'll be good if she decides she wants to do that.
01:18 I like that you said of age.
01:19 Do you mean that you won't let her do anything entertainment oriented until she's 18?
01:23 Exactly.
01:24 I feel like, you know, I feel like just in general, my kids are going to be like kind
01:29 of burnt out from, you know, like the TVs and paparazzi and this and that.
01:34 Like I like for them to be like sheltered and have like their imagination.
01:38 That's really important for me because we grow up, the kids grow up so fast.
01:42 You know, childhood is so short.
01:44 It's so short.
01:45 I was going to say, you know, you're Angela White and her father is Rob Kardashian.
01:48 You know, you lead such big public lives.
01:51 How do you manage to keep them kids when everything around them seems to be so bigger, so larger
01:57 than life?
01:58 The same way like anybody else does.
02:00 I just don't, you know, I don't introduce them like, hey, get on TikTok or get on Instagram.
02:05 I don't throw this like in their face.
02:07 So like they have the opportunity just to be kids and go to school and go play and put
02:12 slime everywhere and do it.
02:17 Exactly.
02:18 I can't do it.
02:24 Oh, Angela, special forces.
02:27 This show looks like no joke.
02:30 Why did you want to sign yourself up for this?
02:33 I wanted to sign myself up to honestly like push my limits.
02:36 Really test yourself?
02:37 To really test myself to see how far I could go.
02:40 How far did you go?
02:41 I can't tell you that right now.
02:44 I got actually got further than what I thought I was going to get.
02:47 I must say that.
02:48 Good.
02:49 That's good to hear.
02:50 I mean, how much did you get pushed?
02:52 What was the gnarliest experience that you had in doing this show?
02:57 I would have to say the way that they was talking to me.
03:00 So it wasn't the physical, it was the mental?
03:02 It was the mental.
03:03 It was the mental for sure.
03:04 Wow.
03:05 You know, I think the thing I really find fascinating about this show is that, yes,
03:09 it is pushing you to extreme physical limits, but it's also very much testing you mentally.
03:14 And a lot of people on this show have talked about how they're healing from life battles
03:17 and past trauma.
03:18 You know what?
03:19 I'm actually, let me just say this.
03:21 I'm actually still healing because I'm actually on my healing journey, but it just really
03:26 showed me a different side.
03:28 And I just have like a different respect for even people that have served the country and
03:33 things like that.
03:34 But I feel like it's just a process.
03:36 It's not like just a one time thing.
03:38 Oh, I'm just healed from this.
03:39 It's a process because we're constantly changing and evolving as humans, you know?
03:45 We have been following your healing journey online and it's very inspiring.
03:50 What did this show teach you about this next chapter of Angela?
03:54 That I do have more patience than I actually thought I had.
03:57 That's a good skill.
03:58 That's a good skill.
03:59 Yeah, for sure.
04:00 It's been a minute since we've seen you on reality television.
04:04 Stepping back into that world, what did it feel like?
04:06 It felt like I was at home.
04:07 Really?
04:08 Yeah, yeah, naturally.
04:09 Like I feel like me and the TV, television, we're like together.
04:16 I certainly think so.
04:17 You definitely deliver some quality reality television moments.
04:21 Is there more from you?
04:22 Are you interested in opening up your life and showing more on camera?
04:25 You know what?
04:26 Actually, I am.
04:27 I'm actually working on two TV shows right now.
04:30 One is a cooking show and another reality show.
04:32 Okay, and in this reality show, are we going to see the ins and outs of your life?
04:36 Is anything off limits?
04:38 Everything's off limits.
04:39 But you should know that already.
04:41 Listen, this is Angela White we're here talking about.
04:44 We've been following you on social media.
04:46 You are in the middle of a big physical transformation it seems.
04:49 You're really on a health kick.
04:51 Walk me through what inspired all of this?
04:55 What inspired all this?
04:56 Just me getting closer to God and finding my inner light.
05:00 Finding my inner light and with that came really starting to really pour into myself,
05:05 get into myself, give myself more self love so I can be that better mom and that better
05:11 friend for the people around me.
05:12 Because a lot of people think that it's about you, you, you, but in all actuality it's about
05:16 other people.
05:18 Doing this show, it is a side of Angela White that we have not seen before.
05:22 We're so used to you being a red carpet staple and so much fashion and glamour.
05:26 We really see a stripped back version of you.
05:29 How do you hope people feel when they see this new Angela on this show?
05:32 I hope they feel the same way I felt.
05:35 Great.
05:36 Do you prefer the stripped back Angela?
05:38 Yes.
05:39 Why?
05:40 Yes, like today I didn't even put a wig on today.
05:41 I was like, "Oh, not today.
05:42 I'm just going to dress it up."
05:44 Yeah.
05:45 Put a little bit of, you know, a hat too today.
05:47 Yeah, a little glam.
05:48 But this is a new era for you.
05:50 Yes ma'am.
05:51 For sure.
05:52 Thank you.
05:53 Congratulations.
05:53 Thank you.
05:54 Thank you.
05:54 (upbeat music)
05:56 you
