00:10 2017 and it's getting closer with each passing day. We are thrilled to share some insights about
00:16 what's in store for us this season. The anticipation for Hotland 2017 has been building up and we can't
00:22 wait to see our favorite familiar faces once again. We have a feeling that this season might
00:28 bring something a little different compared to what we have grown accustomed to and we are all
00:32 ears for the intriguing storylines that await us. While we won't delve into the plot in detail here

01:41 let's dive into some exciting news. The production of Season 17 has been a labor of love, lasting
01:47 for a whopping 70 days. Over 200 cast and crew members came together to create this season,
01:53 and their hard work truly paid off. While the filming has wrapped up, the team is currently
01:57 busy with the editing and final post-production touches. Their dedication ensures that we will
02:02 have an amazing season to enjoy come October. The final day of shooting took place on August 29th
02:08 at the Hotland Studio. The last scene of the day was directed by Madison Thomas and we are in for
02:13 a treat with what's to come. Hotland fans are in for a surprise this season as well. Several hundred
02:20 lucky fans had the opportunity to join the cast on set as extras during a competition scene.
02:25 It's a fantastic experience for true Hotland enthusiasts. In Season 17, we will be revisiting
02:31 familiar locations like Hotland Ranch, Maggie's Diner and the Rodeo Grounds. However, there are
02:37 exciting additions, including new parts of High River, Nanton, Calgary and even Mount Royal
02:43 University. These new settings are likely to play a significant role in the first storylines
02:48 that Season 17 promises. The plot hints at the Fleming-Botleth family exploring new paths in life,
