Former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will file an application to strike out three charges against him, the Sessions Court heard Tuesday (Sept 19).

00:07 three money laundering charges against him, the KL Sessions Court heard on Tuesday.
00:13 Lead Defence Counsel Datuk Hisham Teypotek said the application would be made under the
00:17 Criminal Procedure Code.
00:20 He also told the court that they would also be filing an application for a variation of
00:24 Muhyiddin's bail conditions for the return of his passport.
00:29 Sessions Court Judge Azura Aoui then set November 29 for mention of the case.
00:35 On August 15, Muhyiddin succeeded in having four abuse of power charges against him to
00:40 obtain gratification for his party, Bersatu, quashed following a High Court decision.
00:46 The prosecution has since appealed to the Court of Appeal to overturn the decision.
