Flight Attendant Faces Investigation for Allegedly Recording Teenage Girl in Bathroom on American Airlines Flight

A family traveling from Charlotte to Boston on an American Airlines flight alleges a male flight attendant recorded their 14-year-old daughter using the bathroom with a hidden camera. When the daughter used the bathroom, she noticed red tape on the toilet that said "seat broken" and underneath found a cell phone with the flashlight on, appearing to record. The family confronted the flight crew and showed them the photo, at which point the male flight attendant turned very pale. At the gate, police retrieved the male flight attendant's phone and had the daughter identify it as the phone she saw recording in the bathroom. The family turned over the evidence to the FBI for investigation. They have not yet been contacted by American Airlines about the incident and are considering legal action.
