00:00 Because of the cray pots, they obviously they degrade over time and then they lose bits
00:04 and pieces and because of the kind of plastic it is, it all washes up on the shore.
00:10 And so you can actually just then take it and remould it.
00:13 And most of the reds and the blacks for example are actually cray pots.
00:18 The whites mostly obviously milk bottles and other bottles like that.
00:23 And the blues, a lot of the blue is actually crates for the fish.
00:30 You know how they have the crates they put the fish in to go to market.
00:34 Sometimes they break or fall overboard or whatever and they wash up on the shore.
00:39 And again they're pretty easy to turn into new stuff.
00:43 So there's a couple of things that you get a lot of that I haven't been able to work
00:48 out what to do with yet.
00:50 Soft plastics.
00:51 Lots of plastic bags and things.
00:53 Really hard to work out how to.
00:57 I hope that maybe I'll find a way to be able to turn soft plastics into things like that
01:01 too.
01:02 But I haven't got there yet.
01:03 A lot of experimentation and playing around with stuff.
01:07 Beach plastics and stuff.
01:08 Like these are the raw materials.
01:11 Then they go in here, get shredded and come out in the boxes like that.
01:19 And they look essentially, this is the, so you end up with shredded plastics like this.
01:27 And once it's shredded like that it's easy to use for the processes like the injection
01:33 machines over here.
01:34 So there's a hopper in there.
01:35 You feed all the plastics in there and this tube gets hot around 170, 180 degrees.
01:47 And then you screw a mould on the bottom down here.
01:51 And use this lever to press the plastic through into the mould.
01:58 Stamp which you heat up and I put a stamp on the bottom of the products.
02:02 Not sure if I've got one here.
02:04 Oh yeah.
02:05 Put a stamp on the bottom of the products.
02:07 And there you go.
02:08 There's your product.
02:09 Thanks for watching.
