Amid the ongoing diplomatic row with Canada, the National Investigation Agency on Wednesday released the photographs of 43 notorious accused individuals, some based in Canada. These individuals, alleged to be involved in a wide array of criminal activities, are suspected of having links to terrorist organisations. The NIA has released photographs of some of the accused.

00:34 Khalsa International (BKI) terrorists, including its Canada-based leader Lakhbir Singh Landa

00:44 While the federal agency announced a reward of 10 lakh each for information on Landa and
00:50 Rinda, who are key leaders in the Khalistan machinery, 5 lakh each was declared on Parminder
00:55 Singh Kaira alias Pattu, Satnam Singh alias Siddiq Singh and Yadvinder Singh alias Yadda
01:02 according to a statement issued by the NIA.
01:05 All five, against whom rewards have been announced, are associated with BKI.
01:10 The 43 terrorists whose pictures have been released are members of Khalistani gangsters
01:14 Nexus who are behind various activities including murders, smuggling of drugs and weapons in
01:20 Punjab and also taking part in anti-India acts in the UK such as attacks at Indian High
01:25 Commission in London on March 19 this year.
01:28 Many of them are said to be linked with Canada-based pro-Khalistan elements including Landa, deceased
01:34 Khalistan Tiger Force leader Harjit Singh Nijjar, Sixth floor Justice leader Gurpatwan
01:38 Singh Pannu among others.
01:40 Those included in the list of 43 suspects include Lawrence Bishnoi, Satvinderjit Singh
01:45 alias Goldipiar, gangster Kala Jathiri Naveen Dabas, Sunil Balian, Amit Dagar among others.
01:52 Bishnoi is already behind bars while Sunil Baltan was killed by rival gang members inside
01:56 Sihar prison in May this year.
01:58 The agency has sought information from the public about their properties.
02:02 The list released by the NIA includes some of the most wanted criminals who have fled
02:07 from the country and have been alleged to have been involved with Khalistani terrorists.
02:12 This includes Arshdeep Gill alias Arsh Dalla.
02:15 Dalla, who is presently residing in Canada, is identified as a close associate of the
02:21 Khalistan Tiger Force backed by Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence.
02:25 He has been allegedly involved in orchestrating and commissioning acts of terrorism in India
02:30 including the recent killing of a Congress leader in Punjab.
02:33 Dalla is also suspected of promoting terror, violence and large-scale extortion activities
02:37 on behalf of the KTF.
02:39 The NIA's investigation suggests that he operates from Canada.
02:42 Lakhbir Singh Linder Based in Canada, Linder has been linked to
02:48 various terrorist activities including the RPG attack in Punjab.
02:52 He has been handling the terror criminal syndicate operating from Canada.
02:55 Linder is accused of conspiring, commissioning and executing high-profile assassinations.
03:00 He is also accused of providing shelter and funding to absconders and gangsters while
03:04 based in Canada.
03:06 Goldie Brar Brar is believed to be the mastermind behind
03:11 the Sidhu Moosewala's murder.
03:12 The Punjabi singer was shot dead in May last year.
03:16 Anmol Bishnoi The younger brother of Florence Bishnoi, Anmol
03:21 is currently believed to be hiding in the US.
03:23 He is a key accused in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.
03:28 Jagdeep Singh alias Jaggu Bhavanpuri Jagdeep Singh, who is currently incarcerated
03:33 in a Punjab jail, is suspected of providing local support to terrorist outflits.
03:37 From behind bars, he is said to orchestrate drug smuggling operations from Pakistan via
03:41 drones.
03:42 The move comes as part of NIA's ongoing efforts to root out organised crime and terrorism
03:46 within India and across its borders.
03:49 Several of these accused are currently in Indian jails, while others remain at large
03:53 operating from foreign soil and posing a significant threat to national security.
03:57 NIA's announcement came a day after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau alleged Indian
04:01 involvement in the killing of Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nejaar in June, a claim dismissed
04:05 by India as "absurd and motivated".
04:08 The External Affairs Ministry, in an advisory issued on Wednesday, advised its citizens
04:11 in Canada to exercise utmost caution due to growing anti-India activities and hate crimes.
