07:15 - The strategy was obviously on the short term
07:32 to culminate this difficulty of finding labor
07:36 and this turnover that was pretty persistent.
07:39 Also to in the long run stabilize the workforce
07:41 because with a shortage of manpower brings a lot of overtime
07:45 and that creates difficult, more difficult work conditions.
07:49 (speaking in foreign language)
08:10 (speaking in foreign language)
08:38 - Even though it's working at here a little bit hard,
08:42 I think it's good because everyone at here always help me,
08:46 always teach me everything.
08:49 They support us like career development
08:53 and then I can, they provide us also with Hungarian language
08:58 and then I learn about the leadership
09:02 and I think a lot of opportunity that I will get
09:05 in the Prismian, especially in the Hungary.
09:09 (speaking in foreign language)
09:13 - I think this is the future.
09:21 This was supposed to be a pilot project
09:23 which has the dream to expand to other countries.
09:26 We are already present with Indonesians
09:29 also in Czech Republic, also in Romania
09:32 but we are trying to do the same with our consortiums
09:35 and bring employees that are already trained
09:38 to integrate them in our company,
09:40 not only in Hungary but certainly throughout Europe.
