NEW CEO Vanessa Hudson apologises to airline’s customers

The new CEO of Qantas has issued a public apology for a series of ongoing scandals damaging the airline's reputation. Vanessa Hudson took over the top job earlier this month replacing Alan Joyce after his 15 years as one of the country's highest-paid executives. In a video message miss Hudson apologised to customers for the airline's recent performance vowing to restore public trust in Qantas.
