00:00 Hi I'm Steph, I'm So Yoga and I taught the yoga here today at Skegness Aquarium.
00:15 Now this is a new location for you isn't it?
00:18 It is.
00:19 How have you found it?
00:20 Oh really lovely.
00:21 We've been to the cluster, the element of water, so it's the perfect setting.
00:24 It's a really nice vibe, really calm, tranquil.
00:25 It was a dream actually, I loved it.
00:26 Tell me about the kind of yoga that you do.
00:33 So I teach quite gentle yoga.
00:35 It's a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa.
00:38 So Hatha is where we hold the poses for a few breaths, Vinyasa is where we flow through
00:42 the poses with the breath.
00:44 And I always encourage people to work at a level that feels right for them.
00:48 I always say that the poses are suggestions, instructions, they just do what feels right
00:53 for them to hopefully have the very best practice that they can have.
00:58 Is it something that anyone can do?
01:00 I believe anyone can do yoga.
01:01 If you can breathe you can do yoga.
01:02 Thank you.
