January 2015 Part 1: New Year, New Meal Plan

It's a new year and Amberlynn is hungover from the festivities the previous evening. She discusses her weight gain over the past couple months. She plans to try to eat better and less to start the new year off fresh. She decides to not be all or nothing when it comes to her decisions on food. She plans out her 6 meals a day to try to eat more fruit and vegetables and decrease her calories.
