00:50:11 So their joint statement with the AMPTP,

00:50:16 Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers,

00:50:21 put out a statement that

00:50:22 they have reached a tentative agreement.

00:50:25 We have reached a tentative agreement on new 2023 MBA,

00:50:30 which is to say an agreement in principle

00:50:32 on all deal points,

00:50:34 subject to drafting final contract language.

00:50:38 The WGA told its members in a release,

00:50:40 which came just after sunset.

00:50:43 And on Sunday night,

00:50:45 details of the tentative agreement haven't been released,

00:50:49 but will be revealed by the Guild

00:50:51 in advance of the membership ratification votes.

00:50:53 Next steps in process,

00:50:54 we'll see the Ellen Stutzman led WGA negotiating committee

00:50:58 vote on quote,

00:50:59 whether to recommend the agreement

00:51:00 and send it on to the board and council.

00:51:02 So I guess there's a few more things

00:51:05 that needs to be like pashed through,

00:51:06 votes need to happen.

00:51:07 Pending those votes,

00:51:09 the WGA told its members that it's still on strike,

00:51:10 but that all picketing is hereby suspended.

00:51:19 then the strike will be officially over on for them.

00:51:27 it will take a few days for the strike to be officially over
