00:36 The PRO-11 Regional Director, Police Brigadier General Alden Delbo is the one who is responsible for the service and protection of the body.
00:46 On the 122nd Police Service Anniversary, I have congratulated the men and women of the PRO-11 because we have garnered the best Police Regional Office Award, the first time in Mindanao and the first time in Davao region.
01:03 We also congratulate the Davao City Veterinarian's Office for the many volunteers who have been employed. This January and August, more than 3,000 volunteers were employed.
