01:45 she has already been recognized as a good organizer, as a person who has a lot of new, interesting ideas that affect the whole school community.

02:28 I deeply believe that as a professional in the world affairs, she will get a mandate in the upcoming elections,
02:37 because today she faces a big challenge and I think it will be one of the problems that will have to be solved in the upcoming parliamentary term.
02:52 Mr. Jacek Biernat, a man who has been associated with sports all his life, as a former football player.
03:04 A man who has been recognized as a good manager.
03:12 For five years he has been responsible in the Milicki County for a widely understood sport and recreation.
03:19 As the president of our community sports and recreation center, he is responsible for everything that is happening in this area.
03:30 I must say that he is a man who, having little, can do a lot.
03:39 More precisely, having very limited resources, he was able to leave the era of the PRL and modernize our infrastructure in a very short time.
03:58 Because it is really five years, which is an example of our Milicki open swimming pool on Karłów,
04:09 but also stadiums that today have completely different faces when Jacek is responsible for them.
04:17 Jacek is also a good organizer.
04:21 I can't remember that there were so many sports events in the Milicki County.
04:29 And this is both for the youngest and for the elders.
04:34 And these are not only local events, but also nationwide.
04:41 An example of this is the netball giants, whose final will take place tomorrow in Milicki.

07:50 Milic is a great example of how non-party self-government works.

07:58 Milic is developing thanks to cooperation of local self-government with the self-government of the Lower Silesia Voivodeship.
