00:07 in 2011 Ocean Choices have had several different bases but throughout the challenges the centre
00:14 has faced over the years, covid and austerity for example, it has always come back stronger
00:21 and more determined to provide ever expanding facilities for its clients. It is an outstanding
00:29 testament to the dedication, care and determination of Ocean Choices to enshrine the overriding
00:36 principle to put people with learning disabilities at the forefront of their work and afford
00:42 them the rights and dignity that are theirs by right. Myself and the Deputy Mayoress are
00:49 delighted to be here for the opening of this wonderful facility and wish you many happy
00:53 and productive years ahead. Thank you.
