03:47 the first celebrity chef in the Philippines,

03:52 And then I've been an executive chef at the age of 23.
03:57 And then at the age of 23,
04:01 I flew to US to handle all local brand Filipino restaurants.
04:06 Brand Filipino concepts like Jollibee, Chowking, Max's,
04:10 and other brands for Filipino.
04:13 I was the one doing the research and development
04:16 of that company.
04:17 And then I moved to Las Vegas to be part of the Wynn,
04:22 Wynn Hotel opening.
04:24 I was the first assistant chef,
04:26 Filipino chef in Wynn Hotel Las Vegas,
04:29 which has five star diamond award.
04:31 And then I moved back here
04:34 and then I handled several restaurants,
04:37 like Bistro Group.
04:39 I was the former corporate chef of Bistro Group.
04:42 I handled different hotels and also consultancies
04:46 before I joined Vikings.
04:48 Right now, I'll be on my ninth year in Vikings Group.

04:59 because they will experience
05:02 a totally dining experience,
05:06 not just with the food, with the service, the ambience,
05:11 but you will really feel the heart of Filipino food.
05:15 That's why we call it "Pamanang Panlasang"
05:18 because we want to
05:20 to be able to inherit the new generation,
05:24 especially the Gen X generation,
05:27 what the real taste of Filipino food is.
