00:00 So how did the race actually develop for you?

00:02 Eh, pretty well. I ran as well as I could.

00:06 After about mile 6, we weren't too far away from each other.

00:10 I was just running the splits that I ran last year.

00:13 Yeah, I was pretty much always in third.

00:15 There was a boy who was in second, he dropped back, and then a guy kind of moved away from me.

00:19 But no, I kind of just ran what I could, I wasn't really paying attention to other people.

00:25 So, your assessment of your performance, you're happy enough?

00:28 Happy enough, yeah. I mean, I've just missed out on 2.30, but to get back into that shape.

00:33 This year didn't start very well. I had about three months where I wasn't running.

00:38 So, just to get back to this and obviously finish in the same position as last year.

00:42 Podium position.

00:43 Yeah, podium position, can't argue with that.
