Trump SCREWS HIMSELF in Jack Smith Prosecution with THREATS in Fraud Trial
Transcript
00:00 Everybody from coming in that was Donald Trump attacking New York Attorney General Letitia
00:06 James, the prosecutor in the New York civil fraud case that is currently in trial.
00:13 Donald Trump has been continuously attacking the prosecutors like New York Attorney General
00:19 Letitia James.
00:20 He's been attacking the judge, Arthur and Goran.
00:24 And then on Tuesday, Donald Trump attacked Judge Goran's law clerk and posted a message
00:32 on his social media platform, putting her name out there saying that she was the girlfriend
00:39 of Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer, which is utterly false and defamatory.
00:44 He then provided a link to her Instagram so that his followers would harass and attack
00:50 her.
00:51 He derailed the proceedings in day two of the trial.
00:56 And Special Counsel Jack Smith is absolutely watching what is taking place because in the
01:02 federal case in Washington, D.C., where Special Counsel Jack Smith is prosecuting Donald Trump
01:09 for his attempt to overthrow our democracy, federal judge Tanya Chutkin has set a hearing
01:17 for October 16th where the special counsel's motion for a limited gag order will be heard.
01:26 The motion for a limited gag order has been briefed.
01:30 Special Counsel Jack Smith submitted his brief.
01:32 Trump submitted his opposition.
01:34 Special Counsel Jack Smith has submitted a reply with additional threats made by Donald
01:39 Trump, but the fact that Donald Trump is spending his time at the civil fraud case attacking
01:47 the judge's law clerk, the judge, the prosecutor, the fact that a gag order had to be issued
01:54 by Judge Goran in the civil case, in a civil case, is definitely going to be brought up
02:02 in the Washington, D.C. case.
02:04 And here's the minute order by Judge Tanya Chutkin, the federal judge that was issued
02:10 last week.
02:11 This is a minute order as to Donald J. Trump where the court scheduled a hearing on the
02:17 government's motion to ensure that extrajudicial statements do not prejudice these proceedings
02:23 on October 16th, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.
02:29 So it will be very important for Judge Tanya Chutkin to learn that a gag order was necessary
02:36 in a civil case over monetary damages where Donald Trump could not conduct himself like
02:43 a normal litigant and engaged in threats every single day.
02:49 There is another lesson, though, that can be gleaned as well from Donald Trump's behavior,
02:55 and I think this is important for Jack Smith to know.
02:58 It's important for Judge Chutkin to know.
03:00 It is important for law and order judges across the nation to know, which is Judge Goran called
03:08 Donald Trump into his chambers during the lunch break as well as after day two of trial,
03:15 and shortly thereafter, Donald Trump removed the posts.
03:19 He stopped speaking with the press, and it went relatively quiet after all of the other
03:25 threats that we saw.
03:27 So the lesson here is you can't let him get away with this behavior.
03:33 You have to confront these fascist bullies because when you confront them, what actually
03:39 turns out is that they're incredibly weak, and they're all bark, and then they want others
03:45 to bite.
03:47 They want to inspire stochastic terrorism while they stay out of it themselves, and
03:53 they're in their safe spaces.
03:55 It is important to call their behavior out and hold them accountable.
04:00 That is a critical lesson from what we're seeing in the New York Attorney General case.
04:06 So one of the filings we covered here on the Midas Touch Network, for example, in the brief
04:12 that was filed by Special Counsel Jack Smith, he talked about the posts that were being
04:18 made by Donald Trump that were threatening.
04:21 For example, "Since the indictment, the defendant has deployed misleading and inflammatory statements
04:26 about this case to undermine the confidence in the justice system and will prejudice the
04:31 jury pool."
04:32 They posted Donald Trump saying, "If you go after me, I'm coming after you."
04:37 And then Special Counsel Jack Smith pointed out where Donald Trump attacked witnesses.
04:42 Wow, it's finally happened.
04:44 Little Mike Pence, a man who was about to be ousted as governor of Indiana, went to
04:48 the dark side.
04:50 He calls him out.
04:51 Here you have Special Counsel Jack Smith pointing out that Donald Trump called for the execution
04:57 of Mark Milley.
04:58 In a footnote, Special Counsel Jack Smith showed that Donald Trump claimed to have purchased
05:03 a Glock that he was holding up, which was a violation of the terms of his release from
05:08 the indictment.
05:09 And then you have Donald Trump's lawyers arguing, and this is actually the brief that Donald
05:13 Trump's lawyers filed, "Trump has not intimidated anyone.
05:18 The prosecution argues without evidence that it needs the proposed gag order to prevent
05:23 purported intimidation of the prosecution, the court, and potential witnesses.
05:29 This claim is meritless," Trump's lawyers argued in the federal case involving the gag
05:34 order.
05:35 "It's absurd to suggest the prosecution and the court are intimidated by critical social
05:40 media posts."
05:42 That's how Donald Trump's lawyers refer to the threats that are made to witnesses like
05:46 General Mark Milley, Pence, or in this case, what we're seeing, the threats that were made
05:52 to the law clerk of Judge Ingoran.
05:55 So this is going to be brought up.
05:57 And in addition, I think we're going to see posts like this where Donald Trump is also
06:02 threatening Ingoran, threatening New York Attorney General Letitia James.
06:08 Or here's this clip where Donald Trump says that the judge, Ingoran, should be indicted,
06:13 that the judge should be disbarred.
06:15 Here, play this clip.
06:16 "This is a judge that should be disbarred.
06:17 This is a judge that should be out of office.
06:18 This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he's doing.
06:19 He's interfering with an election, and it's a disgrace.
06:20 Thank you very much."
06:33 And although this isn't a threat, just to show you how utterly delusional Donald Trump
06:39 is, I mean, how unfit this person is, he's posting photos of himself with drawings of
06:46 himself next to Jesus on the witness stand and saying, "This is the most accurate court
06:51 sketch of all time because nobody could have made it this far alone."
06:56 Folks, he is a charlatan.
06:58 He is a traitor.
07:00 He is a coward.
07:01 He is a criminal.
07:03 Do not mince words when you talk about the threat of fascism.
07:08 The threat he poses, and now special counsel Jack Smith has an arsenal of evidence to bring
07:14 to Judge Tanya Chutkan.
07:16 And not only that, but there is an experience here that a significant amount of data and
07:24 info can be gleaned that Donald Trump, when confronted by a judge, where the judge is
07:29 coming to my chambers right now, Donald Trump backed down.
07:34 I think Jack Smith will be bringing this up.
07:36 We'll cover that hearing here as well.
