00:09 I'm on stage here at the Dodge booth

00:11 at the Detroit Auto Show,

00:12 and I gotta say this is one of the most incredible things

00:14 I've ever witnessed.

00:15 It's a full two hours after the press conference,

00:18 and it's still a madhouse here.

00:19 Why?

00:20 Because of this car, the new 2013 Dodge Dart.

00:23 And it might just be the most important car of the show.

00:26 The big news for enthusiasts is,

00:28 this is an Alfa Romeo.

00:29 The underpinnings are shared with the Giulietta,

00:32 a small wagon in Europe.

00:33 Here they've stretched it by about three inches, four inches.

00:36 It's a little bit wider,

00:38 but it's still an Alfa Romeo underneath.

00:40 And you get a choice of three different engines,

00:42 going from a two liter, a 1.4 turbo, and a 2.4 liter.

00:46 Three different transmissions.

00:48 A six speed manual, six speed automatic,

00:49 and a six speed dual clutch.

00:51 And it's coming in starting at $15,995.

00:56 As you can see, it's a lot of car for the money.

00:59 Maybe more than any other car here,
