01:41 QCPD should investigate the incident and punish those responsible for their actions and correct the wrong information and give the public the real reason for the road closure along with the VIP's identification.

02:21 The two police officers were relieved from their positions and explained in the video that they are Executive Master Surgeons Verdo Pantoliano and Ariel Barong.

02:34 But the station said in a statement that the incident was based on the confusion and lapse in judgment of the police who were in charge of the traffic back then.
