00:00 The Vine Hotel in Skegness is one of 112 pubs in Winchester in this year's Good Beer Guide.
00:06 Hi there, my name's Joe, I'm the bar supervisor at the Vine Hotel.
00:09 We're really proud to be back in the Canberra Beer Awards again this year.
00:11 What do you think your secret is?
00:13 I think cleaning the lines regularly, selling lots of beer, keeps it moving through nice and fresh.
00:18 So yeah, that's what we need to be doing.
00:20 Now people are going to be really interested in what beers you have here.
00:24 So we have the Hookeron, which is a special made by Batemans for the Rugby.
00:27 We have the XV, the old classic, and we have the XXXV, which is a little bit darker, more hoppy.
00:32 And all the regulars you'd expect, Heineken, Peroni, Carlsberg, Orchard Thieves, things like that.
00:37 Do you think people keep coming back because you're in the Guide?
00:40 I think they do, yeah. People come in, they ask us about it.
00:43 Yeah, they like to come and try what's local, what's fresh and what we sell.
