00:16 More than half of Filipinos, or 53 percent, said they reduced their food consumption in the past three months.

00:27 This is based on the latest survey conducted by Pals Asia Research.

00:31 Because of the increasing prices of food, along with the increasing inflation in August and September,

00:37 according to the survey, almost half of Filipinos, or 75 percent, said they increased their food consumption in the past three months.

00:46 The highest on the list of food that has increased in price is rice.

00:50 83 percent said they increased their consumption for this.

00:55 This could also be the reason why 53 percent of Filipinos said they reduced their food consumption in the past three months.

01:03 21 percent said they reduced their food consumption for rice.

01:08 Aside from this, 49 percent said they also reduced their consumption of electricity.

01:15 28 percent for cell phone charging.

01:18 25 percent for water usage.

01:21 21 percent for LPG.

01:23 And 11 percent for medicine and other medicines for diabetes.
